Marriage
Engaged Encounter
Catholic Engaged Encounter is a weekend retreat away with other engaged couples with plenty of time alone together to plan for a sacramental marriage. It is designed to give couples planning marriage the opportunity to dialogue honestly and intensively about their prospective lives together -- their strengths and weaknesses, desires, ambitions, goals, their attitudes about money, sex, children, family, their role in the church and society -- in a face to face way.
Marriage Encounter
This is an integral part of the spiritual growth program offered by Holy Trinity. The Marriage Encounter experience is a unique, positive, simple, common sense experience between husband and wife. All married couples are encouraged to participate. Contact: John & Martha Ryland at 253-859-9174 or by e mail at

Retrouvaille
The word Retrouvaille (pronounced re-tro-vi with a long i) is a French word meaning rediscovery. The program offers tools needed to rediscover a loving marriage relationship. Thousands of couples headed for cold, unloving relationships or divorce have successfully overcome their marriage problems by attending the program. The Retrouvaille Program consists of a weekend experience combined with a series of 6-12 post-weekend sessions over 3 months. It provides the tools to help put your marriage in order again. The main emphasis of the program is on communication in marriage between husband and wife. It will give you the opportunity to rediscover each other and examine your lives together in a new and positive way. The next program begins October 7th, 2011. For more information about weekends, posts and CORE (Continue Our Retrouvaille Experience held monthly) visit marriagehelpnw.org or call (206)706-2608.
Annulments
Our trained Church Ministers work with parishioners to help persons seeking marriage annulments. They help parishioners with the Church's understanding of marriage, case types, basic procedures, form review and they assist in filing forms with the Archdiocesan Tribunal. Contact:
